One piece-packaging

Sausage products, which are not sliced or sold in small portions, are weighed and packed in one piece in Maik-the-foreman’s packaging department.

Tube packaging, a system where the product is filled fully automatically under a protective atmosphere into an air-tight tube, guarantees the consistent quality of the product within the forthcoming weeks and months.

Being a natural product, the weight of each ripened sausage can vary slightly. Therefore, each sausage is weighed individually and noted with its weight and other customer relevant data. Only then, will it start its journey and is transported by refrigerated truck to our customers.
